HERE THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE THE EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS AND DISCUSS THE CORRELATION OF THIS PHENOMENON WITH THE EARLIER KNOWN ANOMALY: WIDE SUPERCONDUCTING PHASE TRANSITIONS.
