Summary
The increasing consumption of fresh products and the need to reduce the quantity of chemical products help to develop controlled atmosphere storage systems. The need to quickly establish the storage conditions in controlled atmosphere rooms has improved both equipment and storage rooms. Computerized control systems have facilitated the accurate control of operating conditions.
