Art museum in Bregenz: soft HVAC for strong architecture.
Author(s) : MEIERHANS R., OLESEN B. W.
Summary
The paper presents an art museum where the space heating and cooling is done by a hydronic system with pipes embedded in the building structure. In addition, two-zone displacement ventilation provides a minimum of outside air. The building has been in operation for a couple of years. The results of temperature and humidity measurements are presented together with experiences of operation.
