PER CAPITA CONSUMPTION IS ONLY 28 % THAT OF THE UNITED STATES AND 58 % THAT OF FRANCE. 92 % OF ALL HOUSEHOLDS HAVE A FREEZER OR FREEZER COMPARTMENT, BUT THEY ARE USED AT ONLY 25 % OF CAPACITY FOR PREPAREDFROZEN FOODS, AND ARE ON AVERAGE 40 % EMPTY.
