RESULTS OF A TEST STUDY OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEAT TRANSFER ON THE BOILING OF THE REGENERATOR AND THE EVAPORATOR OF A SOLAR POWERED ABSORPTION TYPE CHILLER. THE FIRST PART OF THE STUDY IS DEVOTED TO A SIMPLE HORIZONTAL HEATER AND THE SECOND PART TO A SIMPLE HORIZONTAL HEATER WITH ANNULAR CAVITIES OF DIFFERENT SIZES AT SHORT INTERVALS. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND THE TEST PROCEDURE USING DISTILLATED WATER AND A 55% AQUEOUS LITHIUM BROMIDE SOLUTION.
