Author(s) : GAGE A. A., BAUST J. G., BAUST J. M.
Type of article: Article, Review
Summary
Cryoablation of primary bone lesions has yielded significantly improved curative outcomes when coupled with advances in cryosurgical technologies and with more detailed knowledge of cancer's responses to a freeze-thaw insult. The authors conducted a systematic review of the literature to assess multi-center patient outcomes (n = 1325) accumulated over the past decade.
