CA container - the new generation./ Conteneurs à atmosphère contrôlée - la nouvelle génération.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Whenever news of the introduction of an innovative controlled atmosphere technology for the overseas transportation of fruit and vegetables does the rounds in the industry, it always attracts the attention of tropical fruit exporters in the southern hemisphere, in particular. The reason for this is that no procedure has yet been found that can permanently and reliably replace the expensive air freight of sensitive fruits like mangos and papayas.
