Summary
The volume of perishable cargos such as fresh fruits, meat, fish and other foodstuffs has grown largely because of world economic growth. Reefer container transport has now captured a large share of sea trade in certain commodities. The container refrigeration system on a container ship which is explained in this article is quite important to the maintaining of good cargo conditions.
