Summary

A HIGH-ACCURACY METHOD OF CALCULATING NON-STATIONARY COOLING PROCESSES ACCOMPANIED BY PHASE TRANSFORMATION. THE ISOTHERMS OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL GEOMETRIES CAN BE DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN OF THE COMPUTER. THE PRECALCULATION OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN THE PRODUCT TO BE COOLED, THE COOLING REQUIREMENTS AND THE NECESSARY COOLING OR FREEZING TIME ENABLES OPTIMIZATION IN THE DESIGN AND OPERATION OF REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT.
