Summary
This work presents the optimization and analysis of tray dryer system. The methodology is based on CFD simulations of the flow inside the dryer. The effects of geometrical changes and size variations were studied using the CFD simulations. Few changes and iterations lead to the sought uniform velocity over the trays.
