Type of article: Article
Summary
A thermal protection system with evaporation into an inner cavity is considered. The results of numerically modelling the heat and mass transfer processes in the layer of capillary-porous material are presented. Attention is focused on the description of the process of displacement of fluid from the material caused by a decrease in pressure in the external medium.
