THE PAPER RELATES TO A CENTRE FOR THE AUTOMATED PRODUCTION OF MASKS FOR PRINTING CIRCUITS REQUIRING A STRICTLY AIR CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENT: CLEAN ROOMS. THE OPTIMUM DESIGN AND BUILDING CONDITIONS OF THIS TYPE OF PLANT ARE SUMMARISED. THE PROBLEM OF DUST PARTICLES IS ESPECIALLY STUDIED ACCORDING AS THE ROOMS ARE OCCUPIED OR NOT BY STAFF. DETAILS ARE GIVEN ON THE MODE OF AIR DIFFUSION, THE QUALITY OF FILTERS AND THE CONTROL OF DUST ACCUMULATION. L.R.
