Summary

The author presents the features of a new generation of cooling panels which simultaneously use air and water produced respectively by a treatment unit and a refrigerating unit. These new panels are in the form of extruded aluminium "cold beams", equipped with special "comb-like" wings turned downwards, towards the air-conditioned areas. Operation, regulation and heating applications are presented.
