Summary

The role of colouring agents in oil or CFCs is briefly reviewed; they indicate CFC leaks in refrigerating systems. The main features of colouring agents used in different countries are described. The results of research on new colouring materials and their utilization in refrigerating systems are given. The application of two new brands of colouring agents is proposed. C.C.
