Summary

In order to be able to compare different types of cabinet, the author has prepared technical data sheets. Useful in the preparation of detailed estimates for invitations to tender, they are mainly used to compare, for a given length and a given enclosure temperature of the product being stored, the following: refrigerating capacity, vaporization temperature, or the type and number of defrostings together with the duration of each defrosting. The article presents the principle, and coefficients for assessing refrigeration duty under different ambient conditions.
