Author(s) : PALOMBO A.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The author presents an economic comparison between the sensible and total energy recovery for HVAC systems in the Italian climate. Both all-outdoor-air and mixed-air systems are considered. The performances of a hybrid innovative HVAC system and a traditional one, for both heating and cooling seasons, are calculated hour by hour following the Test Reference Year (TRY) profile.
