Summary

Phase separation at temperature of 28 K is an effective method of Neon and its isotopes obtaining. Several cooling cycles were analyzed. There are throttle cycles on neon and hydrogen at P= 22 and 15 MPa with pre-cooling at liquid nitrogen under vacuum. The helium refrigeration cycle with expander based on two-stage cryogenic gas machine was considered. Dominating segment of energy costs in cycles was determined. Cryogenics systems with refrigeration capacity 50-180 W at 28 K were created. Neon cycles are characterized by high reliability and stability in addition to economical exploitation. These factors are very important for Neon isotopes obtaining processes, which can continuous for months.
