Summary
Cultivars Atlantic, BelRus, Kennebec and Superior were evaluated for ascorbic acid, soluble protein and sugar (reducing and non-reducing) contents at harvest, after 6 weeks of storage at 3 deg C and after 2 weeks of reconditioning at 25 deg C. Results are given for each cultivar.
