Summary

THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE A COMPUTER-BASED ALTERNATING CURRENT CALORIMETRY TECHNIQUE FOR SMALL SAMPLES AT LOW TEMPERATURES (T LOWER THAN 2 K) AND IN HIGH MAGNETIC FIELDS (NOT HIGHER THAN 2 T). THEY HAVE FOUND THIS TECHNIQUE SUITABLE FOR RELATIVE CALORIMETRY IN NOISY ENVIRONMENTS. EXTENSION OF THIS TECHNIQUE TO ABSOLUTE CALORIMETRY IS ALSO DISCUSSED.
