Summary
THE PAPER PRESENTS THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE WORKING PROCESS OF A ROLLING PISTON COMPRESSOR. THE VOLUME OF THE CYLINDER IS DIVIDED INTO 3 CONTROL VOLUMES, THE WORK IS DIVIDED BY 7 DURING A ROTATION. THE FACTORS AFFECTING WORK (PROPERTY OF REAL GAS, LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT-OIL MIXTURE, HEAT TRANSFER BETWEEN THE GAS AND THE CYLINDER AND DISSOCIATION OF THE MIXTURE IN OIL) WERE CONSIDERED. A 890 W COMPRESSOR WAS SIMULATED AND TESTED. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT SIMULATION AGREES WELL WITH TEST RESULTS.
