Summary
The heat exchange mechanism of a dry and wet cooling tower was analyzed. Finned tube heat exchanger was designed. The cooling performance of the heat exchanger operating at dry and wet conditions was respectively analyzed. Some useful conclusions are obtained. These conclusions provide some reference for designing the dry and wet cooling tower.
