Control and operation of air conditioning plants working with CO2 as refrigerant.
Regelung und Betriebsverhalten von Klimaanlagen mit CO2 als Kältemittel.
Author(s) : GROHMANN S., WOBST E.
Type of article: Article
Summary
In potential applications CO2 refrigeration plants run with supercritical high-side pressure. In recent years, this peculiarity lead to a development of new CO2 cycles that enable high-side pressure control. This article answers whether the extra expense for the high-side pressure control is justified in praxis or not. The issue is discussed with the aid of measuring results and simulations.
