Summary
In spite of a large amount of work in this area, phase flow regimes from the point of view of their structure are considered in only a few papers, as are distributions of local coefficients of heat transfer. Asymmetry of flow of liquids in a wide range of changes of flow parameters and other factors lead to an indefinite picture of the process and to discrepancies in calculated relations for heat transfer.
