Summary

This European standard applies to large non-insulated transportable cryogenic vessels with a volume of over 1000 l, fixed on a vehicle in a permanent manner (fixed tanks) or not (dismountable tanks) for road transport. It can however be used for other means of transport provided that the corresponding laws and requirements are complied with. It does not apply to containers designed to contain toxic fluids.
