Summary
Tissues including skin, artery, vein, and nerves, were treated with cryogenics (method described) and held at -196 deg C. They were used as grafts on allogenic animals, to evaluate changes in antigenicity. Rejection phenomena were observed only with skin. Other tissues can be used without immunosuppressive agents.
