Summary
With cryotherapy it is possible to eliminate pains. In contrast to the operative cutting of the nerve resulting in a trouble of the sensitivity in the working area of the nerves, the treatment by cryosurgery allows in the most cases a regeneration, so that the sensitivity in the region of the nerves is recovered. The vacuum insulation cryoprobe developed by the authors allows the less heavy operation for the patient.
