Summary
TWENTYIN SITU OR MICROINVASIVE BRONCHIAL CARCINOMAS HAVE BEEN TREATED BY CRYOTHERAPY IN 15 PATIENTS. ENDOBRONCHIAL CRYOTHERAPY APPEARS TO CURE SMALL AND EASY TO REACH, IN SITU OR MICROINVASIVE BRONCHIAL CARCINOMAS. RECURRENCE CAN OCCUR AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, WHICH JUSTIFIES A PROLONGED BRONCHOSCOPIC AFTER-CARE. NO CASE OF RECURRENCE AFTER TREATMENT HAS BEEN NOTED.
