Summary

THIS PAPER DESCRIBES SIMPLE VACCINE OR/WITH CRYOSURGICAL TREATMENT FOR LUNG CANCER IN C57BL/6 INBRED STRAIN MICE. AFTER ONE WEEK THEY WERE DIVIDED INTO FOUR GROUPS: CONTROLLED GROUP, VACCINE GROUP, CRYOSURGICAL GROUP AND COMBINED GROUP. THE PRELIMINARY RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) SURVIVAL RATE: CONTROLLED GROUP: 0%; VACCINE GROUP: 77% (P HIGHER THAN 0.05); CRYOSURGICAL GROUP: 94% (P LOWER THAN 0.01); COMBINED GROUP: 100% (P LOWER THAN 0.01). THE COMBINED GROUP GAVE THE BEST RESULTS; 2) TUMOUR SUPPRESSIVE RATE: CONTROLLED GROUP: 0%; VACCINE GROUP: 40%; CRYOSURGICAL GROUP: 100% ; COMBINED GROUP: 100%. BOTH THE CRYOSURGICAL AND COMBINED GROUPS GAVE THE BEST RESULTS.
