Cryotherapy versus laser therapy: clinical experiences.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : HACKERT I.
Summary
Whether cryotherapy or laser therapy operations can intervene in the same way in the treatment of precancer lesions, concerning basaliomes the operation technique is predominant. It should be replaced by cryotherapy only if the types of tumour are precisely defined. For the hypertrophic scars, keloids, infant angiomes the cryotherapy is the method of choice. Nevertheless, concerning pigmented marks, it is nearly always replaced by laser therapy. For the other vascular changes, the two methods can be applied.
