Summary

The Council of the European Union has decided that a specific programme of research, technological development, and demonstration in the field of environment and climate, as it is defined in appendix I, will be stopped from the date of the adoption of the present resolution until December 31, 1998. Concerns particularly the nature of the financial participation of the Community defined in appendix IV of decision n. 1110/94/CE.
