THE AUTHORS PRESENT A SOLAR ASSISTED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM WITH TWOSTORAGE TANKS AND TWO EVAPORATORS, WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF ITS OPERATION. THE THERMAL FACTORS MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCES OF THE SYSTEM AND THE COMPONENTS ARE DEFINED, THE MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND THE DATA ACQUISITION AND PROCESSING SYSTEM ARE BRIEFLY ILLUSTRATED. THE PRELIMINARY RESULTS ARE GIVEN.
