Summary

THE INNER VESSEL HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR AN INTERNAL PRESSURE OF 380 KPASCAL USING STAINLESS STEEL SHEET. THE OUTER VESSEL HAS BEEN FABRICATED OUT OF MILD STEEL (MS) SHEET. THE INNER VESSEL HANGS FROM THE TOP OF THE MS VESSEL THROUGH 30 CM LONG THIN-WALLED STAINLESS STEEL (SS) NECK. THREE SYMMETRICAL BOTTOM SUPPORTS OF LOW CONDUCTIVITY-TO-STRENGTH RATIO HAVE BEEEN PROVIDED. EVACUATED PERLITE OF DENSITY 50 KG/M3 HAS BEEN USED AS INSULATION.
