[In Chinese. / En chinois.]

Author(s) : WU Y. K.

Type of article: Article

Summary

THE ARTICLE DEALS WITH A CAPACITIVE TYPE CRYOGENIC LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR AND DESCRIBES THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION, CONSTRUCTION, AND ASSEMBLY. BASED ON MANY TESTS, A SMALL, SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION AND LOW HEAT LEAK CAPACITANCE SENSOR WAS CONSTRUCTED. THE SENSOR CAN BE USED AT 4.2 K. THE ERROR IN LIQUID LEVEL MEASUREMENT IS + OR -2% FOR HELIUM AND + OR -1% FOR NITROGEN.
