Summary
The article exposes specific indications on how to distribute air in operating theatres. The rate of air change must be superior to 20. Air must be filtered with an absolute filter located exactly at the entrance of air in the room, and there must be a laminar flow theatre arrangement over the operating table. Comfort must be maximum for surgeons. The room itself must be pressurized positively in relation to the surrounding environment.
