Summary

DETERMINATION OF THE MAXIMUM AEROBIC STORAGE TIME OF RAPESEED BETWEEN 278 AND 298 K (5 AND 25.C) AT 7-17% R.H. PRIOR TO MOULDING. SEED DETERIORATION IS GREATER AT THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURES. IT IS FAVOURED BY THEIR WATER CONTENT. SEED CLUSTERING PRECEDES THE APPEARANCE OF VISIBLE MOULD COLONIES. THE GERMINATIVE POWER OF CONTAMINATED SEEDS IS REDUCED FROM THE 40TH DAY OF STORAGE.
