Summary
The article presents composition, functions and characteristics of the software with which the air conditioning load can be calculated, the ice storage air conditioning system selected and designed, the annual energy consumption and running costs calculated. The author calculates an example ice storage air conditioning system in a high-rise building in Chongqing with this software, analyses and evaluates the calculating results.
