Summary
Measurements were carried out between 20 and 200 K under magnetic fields of up to 8 T. Magnetoresistance showed a high stability during the thermal cycles between room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature. The variation among the resistance values at 20, 50, 100 cycles was lower than 1 milliK in terms of temperature for 8 of 10 sensors. The anisotropy of the magneto-resistance was also measured and found to be as large as 50% depending on the direction of the field applied to the sensors.
