THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE AN ABOVEGROUND STORAGE PLANT FOR LNG, OF A CAPACITY OF 140,000 M3, CONSISTING OF AN INTERNAL STEEL TANK WITH 9% NICKEL WITH A ROOF AND IN AN EXTERNAL PRESTRESSED CONCRETE TANK FOR CONFINEMENT.
