Summary
Due to the lower air-supply temperatures, the design of pipeline and insulation in ice storage air conditioning systems with cold air distribution is different from standard air conditioning systems. The former requires much more rigorous calculation. Based on investigation of all the features of the former system and differences between the two, pipeline optimization design software has been developed, to perform intelligent, high-precision determination of pipeline parameters in ice storage air conditioning systems with cold air distribution. The software can also be used in the place of psychometric chart and Moody-chart techniques for precise calculation of air status parameters and specific frictional resistance. This paper introduces the development of philosophy and primary functions of the software.
