Summary
A cryogenic refrigerator using Sterling cooler as cold source has been developed. Its effective cubage is 6L and internal temperature ranges from – 60 °C to – 160 °C. The miniature Stirling cooler, uses helium as refrigerant, is driven by a linear motor integrated with compressor.
