Summary
The thesis is compared with the particular situation of China and indicates that it is necessary to develop a cooling air conditioning system with water accumulation using a typical design example in high buildings. The authors discussed the design of such a system, according to particular conditions of the buildings, such as the basement, reservoir for fire fighting or other less valuable space.
