Dual fan, dual duct systems: better performance at a lower cost.
Author(s) : WARDEN D.
Type of article: Article
Summary
With this system, each zone is supplied with a mix of cooled and uncooled air from separate air handling units. The cold air fraction matches cooling needs. The uncooled fraction maintains zone ventilation and can be used for heating. Total supply may be constant volume or VAV.
