Summary
A simulation investigation on steady state and transient conditions of a central cooling system of a modern container vessel is performed in the paper. Some empirical formulas are presented in order to simplify the models. The computer simulation indicates that the proposed models are proved to meet the needs of real-time simulation with accuracy by comparing the results of testing on the spot.
