Summary

This paper describes how to model absorption cycles and their dynamic and start-up characteristics. The method used to simplify the complex dynamic model of the absorption cycles is also explained. Examples of the dynamic simulation tools are used for the development of new control systems. Furthermore, future plans for the dynamic simulation of absorption cycles are discussed from the viewpoint of making the dynamic simulation tools easily.
