Summary

Carbon dioxide effect on the percentage increase of kiwifruits affected by Botrytis cinerea was evaluated in a two years trial. The effectiveness of a 48 hours delayed cooling in controlling "Grey mold" was confirmed. Preharvest treatments were not effective in the fruit protection against the same pathogen.
