Summary

THE EFFECT OF SLOW RELAXATION OF EXCITATIONS IN A SUPERCONDUCTOR ON THE MAGNITUDE OF THE KAPITZA TEMPERATURE DISCONTINUITY AT A SUPERCONDUCTOR-DIELECTRIC INTERFACE IS CONSIDERED THEORETICALLY FOR NOT VERY SMALL HEAT FLOWS WHEN THE DEVIATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTIONS FROM EQUILIBRIUM IS NOT SMALL AND THE EQUATIONS CANNOT BE LINEARIZED. EXPRESSIONS ARE DERIVED FOR THE DEPENDENCE OF THE TEMPERATURE DISCONTINUITY ON THE MAGNITUDE OF THE HEAT FLOW. IT IS SHOWN THAT ON REVERSAL OF DIRECTION OF THE FLOW THE ABSOLUTE VALUE OF THE KAPITZA DISCONTINUITY CHANGES.
