Summary
On the basis of analysing in detail the effect of each factor of a heat source on heat distribution coefficient in an upward displacement room with supply outlets on the floor, a new physical criterion, degree of freedom of a heat source, is presented to describe the effects of these factors comprehensively. With this new physical criterion, a regression formula calculating the heat distribution coefficient is obtained according to the experimental data. At the same time the formula is confirmed by the F-Test in mathematical statistics and by practical testing.
