Summary

THE AUTHORS REPORT THE RESULTS OF A STUDY ON THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT OF POLYURETHANE FOAM WITH SAMPLES TAKEN FROM THE INSULATION OF A HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATOR 24 HOURS AFTER POURING THE POLYURETHANE FOAM. A RELATIONSHIP WAS DEVELOPED BETWEEN THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT, DENSITY AND AIR CONSUMPTION IN THE MIXING HEAD OF THE POURING MCIE THE OPTIMUM TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF POURING ARE GIVEN. IT IS RECOMMENDED NOT TO POUR POLYURETHANE FOAM FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR, AS USUAL IN THE PRODUCTION LINE, BUT FROM THE SIDE OF THE FREEZING COMPARTMENT.
