Summary

TURKEY SEMEN WAS DILUTED 1:1 WITH A PHOSPHATE DILUENT CONTAINING RADIOACTIVELY LABELED CALCIUM-45 AND STORED IN VITRO AT 298 K (25 DEG C) OR 277 K TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTS OF COLD STORAGE ON SPERMATOZOA CALCIUM PERMEABILITY. IN ADDITION, ACROSIN ACTIVITY OF SEMEN STORED 24 HOURS AT 277 K WAS COMPARED WITH THAT OF FRESH DILUTED SEMEN AT 298 K.
