POLAND IS EXPERIENCING A BOOM IN FROZEN FOOD OWING TO A SHORTAGE OF FRESH VEGETABLES. THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF TIN CANS FOR PROCESSED FOODS. YUGOSLAVIA HAS GOOD POTENTIAL FOR A FROZEN FOOD INDUSTRY IN VEGETABLES BUT NEEDS FOREIGN INVESTMENT. TURKEY HAS THREE MAIN CROPS FOR FREEZING, IE CHERRIES, LEEKS, STRAWBERRIES.
